I ordered two extra large mats. The first one arrived, and it is even better than I expected in terms of quality and packaging. The second one never arrived and while I’ve reached out to the company several times I have not received any resolution aside from “check with my neighbors” who I did actually check with, but no one has received. Since they are shipped using an Amazon delivery company, I asked for a screenshot of the proof of delivery, which Amazon usually provides when they deliver a product. I have not received this photo which would possibly help me figure out where the mat was inadvertently delivered and the company has not been helpful in working to get this resolved. The mat was very expensive and now I need to work on my end to try to figure out how to get reimbursed via my credit card company rather than the company working to make this right and ensure that I receive the product that I bought. I am disappointed in that aspect of the experience, but I will say the quality of the product is extremely high end and I was impressed by the first mat that I did, in fact, receive.
