Your lifetime warranty

Every Gorilla Mat is covered against manufacturing defects for as long as you own it. Nothing to register. Your order is your proof of purchase.

Just hang on to your order number. On Amazon it looks like 113-1234567-1234567 under Your Orders. On GorillaMats.com it looks like #19323GM and is in your confirmation email.

If your mat ever has a defect, use the form below and we will make it right. Normal wear and tear is not covered, and yoga mats are barefoot only, so shoes or weights on a yoga mat are not covered either.

First week with your mat

Feels slippery at first?

That is the normal break-in period. Wipe it down with a few drops of dish soap in warm water, or leave it somewhere it gets walked on for a week or two.

Shoes and equipment

Exercise mats are built for shoes and equipment without sharp edges. Yoga mats are for bare feet only. Very heavy equipment can leave an imprint.

Cleaning

Microfiber towel after each session. For a deep clean, non-bleach dish soap in warm water and a soft brush, then hang dry. Make sure both sides are fully dry before rolling.

Storage and sliding

Roll it with the included velcro straps and lean it in a corner or slide it under a bed. On thick carpet, rug anchors keep it from creeping. To join two mats, Meister mat tape works well.
