Free shipping on all orders in the US

We don't want to keep you waiting. Depending on the time of day your order is placed, location, and time of year, most orders ship within 1-2 business days and arrive in 3-7 business days with Free Shipping, or 2-5 business days with Expedited Shipping (rate shown at checkout).

US orders

Choose from Free or Expedited shipping options during checkout. For your convenience, a tracking number and link will be sent to the email address on your order. Please enter your email address carefully to ensure receipt of key notifications.

Shipping availability

We ship to the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Return policy

We stand behind every Gorilla Mat with our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If you're not happy with your mat, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll email you a prepaid return label. Once the mat arrives at our returns center, we refund the full price minus the return shipping cost. No restocking fees. If the return is our error, return shipping is free.

Email us with your order number. The prepaid label carries the return address. Please include your name, order number, and a brief note with the mat so we can take care of you quickly.

Please clean your mat, roll up with the logo facing out (dots facing in), and secure it with the two straps before placing in the carry bag.

That's it: no RMA forms. Send it back with the label and we'll take care of the rest.

Allow up to two weeks to receive refunds. This time period includes the return ship time, processing your return, and initiating a refund.

Defective products

Every Yo Gorilla Mats mat is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your mat has a defect (delamination, crumbling, material separation), contact us and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
