60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every Gorilla Mat with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 60 days of your order date.

Returns for Product Dissatisfaction

If your mat doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, return it in its original packaging within 60 days for a full refund. No questions asked. If the return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped, defective product), we'll also cover return shipping at no cost to you.

Returns for Other Reasons

Returns due to an incorrect shipping address, refused delivery, or other non-product reasons are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Ship via USPS or UPS and please include your name, order number, and a brief note so we can take care of you quickly.

Return Condition

Please clean your mat, roll it up with the logo facing out (dots facing in), secure it with the two Velcro straps, and place it in the carry bag before shipping.

Mats received dirty or damaged during return shipping may incur additional fees.

Refund Timeline
Allow up to two weeks for your refund. This includes return shipping time, processing, and initiating the refund to your original payment method.

Lifetime Warranty

All Gorilla Mats are backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, including delamination, crumbling, soft spots, and material separation. If your mat has a defect, contact us and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Please note: Our yoga mats are designed for barefoot, bodyweight workouts. Our exercise mats are designed for shoes, weights, and high-impact training. Damage from using a mat outside its intended purpose (such as shoes or weights on a yoga mat) is not covered under warranty, nor is normal wear from extended use.
