We don't want to keep you waiting. Depending on the time of day your order is placed, location, and time of year, your order can arrive in 2-3 days with Expedited Shipping and 3-5 days with Free Shipping.

US ORDERS

Choose from Free or Expedited shipping options during checkout. For your convenience, a tracking number and link will be sent to the email address on your order. Please enter your email address carefully to ensure receipt of key notifications.

SHIPPING AVAILABILITY

We ship to the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

RETURN POLICY
We stand behind every Gorilla Mat with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 60 days of your order date for a full refund. No questions asked.

If the return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped, defective product), we'll cover return shipping at no cost to you.

Returns due to an incorrect shipping address, refused delivery, or other non-product reasons are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Ship via USPS or UPS and please include your name, order number, and a brief note inside the box detailing your request so we can take care of you.

Please clean your mat, roll up with the logo facing out (dots facing in), and secure it with the two Velcro straps before placing in the carry bag.

Gorilla Mats that are received dirty or damaged during shipping will incur additional fees.
That's it: no hassles and no RMAs, just send them back and we'll take care of the rest.

Allow up to two weeks to receive refunds. This time period includes the return ship time, processing your return, and initiating a refund.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

All Gorilla Mats are backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your mat has a defect (delamination, crumbling, material separation), contact us and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
